    Well, the question would really be... would they have the same genders we do? and would they be attracted to humans of the same gender as them? If yes, then the phobics would freak out.

    The religious homophobes would say they're not of God anyway and try to exorcise them or something. But assuming they came in faster-than-light starships to get here, we would likely be the intellectual equivalent of goldfish to them.
