Like the title says, this happened today. Ran into a homophobic girl who had no idea what she was talking about. Spoiler Pretty much, I ran into a girl who asked if I was a girl or boy, I explained to her that I'm genderfluid and she started saying some pretty mean things. I put it spoilers because it's full screenshots of my phone, and about seven of them at that. Her calling me tranny really pissed me off though:bang:
She is stupid, ignorant and she had no right to say those things to you, but it just proves the first two. STUPID. IGNORANT.
I'm sorry. Can't stand when other people shove their ideas at you as fact and then say "screw" when you say you don't accept their views.

There are a lot of people that stupid. We have no choice but to dismiss them as chaff. They'll get a wake-up call sooner or later.

You should put a trigger warning on that; the transphobia is strong. I can see how that invective could scarify trans people. Anyway sorry this happened to you, kiddo. It's not surprising that a teenager would talk to you in such a loathsome way though. In fact I would be shocked if a teenager reacted positively to hearing about your gender issues. The best thing you can do is hide your gender if you want to avoid further abuse.
I've noticed a few people in this thread have been calling her a bitch, but to associate her with a bitch would be an insult to bitchy people everywhere. I have to question what would possibly possess somebody to do something like that. What does she think that she's doing you a favor somehow by doing this? I would block her if that's possible.
