Here's one I saw today that was really lovely.

The video below was created by secondary high school teacher, Rick Connors and was recently shown to his entire whole school as part of the schools support for the ‪#‎itgetsbetter‬ campaign. A great personal story and an amazing addition to the campaign - Thank you Wanganui Park Secondary College for your support!

Feel free to share any good ones that you've seen.

Here's where you can find nation specific It Gets Better pages if you like.

    Or just google it.

This one isn't exactly a traditional "It Gets Better" video, but I find it so powerful. I cry every time I watch it.

Not very on topic but... strangely i find inspiration in these:

Come Out As Gay With George Takei - CONAN on TBS
George Takei vs. Tennessee's "Don't Say Gay" Bill

I'm just silly like that, most actual "it gets better" videos make me think that they are made by people who have no idea what it is to be <insert orientation>. Disregarding the blatant lack in creativity in most said videos, those that are made by people who do actually have a clue what they are talking about, look like they themselves haven't come to terms with it and their videos are something like a proof to themselves that they did, when in fact they didn't...

Am i being confusing? Sorry, still sleepy...

I can't find the link at the moment, but the Defence Forces here in New Zealand released an "it gets better" video a few months ago. To the best of my knowledge this was the first time a military has made one. I particularly like it because it forced me to look at some of my own prejudices. I had assumed the military would be very conservative and not proactive in LGBT equality. To me , the fact that an "it gets better" video can come from somewhere I would have least expected it is proof that it already has got better.
