    So, I have been having trouble finding people that are as into cars and racing as me. If you are visiting this thread, please say what your favorite supercar is. Mine is almost certainly a Koneigsegg One:1. It has one horsepower per kilogram, which amounts to a whopping 1,350 hp. What is your favorite car? Can it top a car with 1000 hp per ton?

    An insane amount of hp isn't everything. In my opinion, a car should be lightweight, small and fun to drive. Okay, a nice engine helps, but most supercars are nothing but ridiculous.

    I would prefer a car like an Alfa Romeo 4C (240hp, 895kg) over a Koenigsegg, without any doubt. I imagine it'll be at least as fun to drive at just a fraction of the price.
    Or something like a Renault Clio RS, I love hot hatchbacks. Might not be super fast but fast enough to surprise people who don't expect such speeds from a family car.

    I agree with you. The Renault Clio is a very good car. I love the concept of hot hatches.
    The 4C and a similar car, the Lotus Esprit, are also very good. The koneigsegg is just my favorite mind boggling car. I also love the GTR and 911 or 918 Spyder.

    I don't know very much about cars. I used to pay a lot of attention to them, but that was back before seven-speed transmissions. Supercars and customized stock cars are still really fun ways to waste energy.

    I have always had a thing for the 93-95 rx7, light weight nimble twin turbo that looks amazing even today. Supercar would have to be the new McLaren P1, that thing is incredible

    I LOVE the mclaren slr and am also sad that it isn't produced anymore. I quite like the Lexus LFA as well.

    For me it always has been and will be the Volkswagen Beetle in any shape or form. The picture in my avatar is the symbol for the New Beetle. My user name is what I always called these cars when I was little and didn't know the actual name. I can't explain it; I just enjoy them. I currently own two. One is a blue 1967 and the other is a bright red 2001 turbo.

    I like the new beetle a good bit more than the older generations (aside from classic era models) because it looks sporty, but practical.

    I know that the Countach is super old, but it actually happens to be my favorite of the Lambos. The Diablo was okay looking, and then they just started getting more and more silly with the Murciélago and the Aventador. I just don't know why, but I don't really like them... :frowning2:
