Where do you imagine your dream wedding is celebrated?

I honestly don't want a big expensive wedding, just a small affair on a sunny spring day in a park preferably near a pond. I'd like for a few friends and family to be there but I'd be happy if it was just me and my soon to be wife~! I'd honestly be happier if it was a modest little shindig rather than an extravagant show. And I really don't want to get married in a church, that's just dull...

 

Where I live is close to a lot of water and I would love to be able to get married near the water front somewhere near where I live or perhaps getting married in one of the many beautiful vineyards we have around my area as well or even a rural property on a farm.. I'm not a big farm girl or country girl but I just think it would be very romantic.. My family is big in numbers so it would be family and very close friends.

 

The beach! And if it's in my country, I failed miserably. :lol:

 

Probably on a lake or something. Lots of hanging lights though.

I'm having a pink wedding. I'm wearing a pink dress my husband is wearing a pink suit. Everyone in pink even the chocolate cake would have pink icing.

 

It'll be in an underground Berlin venue, everyone is dressed like super hipsters, the ceremony will be an obscure witch house band playing minute-long drones while everyone drinks craft beer made out of a dolphin's tears.

Yeah. No. I have no idea. Don't know how I feel about marriage in general and/or if I ever want to get married.

 

In a bar chatting with a few close friends or family.


As for the "ceremony," just bring some rice or whatever to the courthouse. Not going to be anything big.

 

I'll probably get married at my uncle's church (he's the pastor), like my mom did. It'll be simple, and I can decorate the place however I damn well please. Also because my aunt makes the most bitchin pastries! And she invariably makes everything twice, so there's a gluten free version of everything, and that way, mom can eat too without worrying.

But if I were to have the most romantic wedding, without things like money or physics getting in the way, it would be *in* a lake. Like the two of us and the pastor standing in the water. Of course, in real life, I would probably hate it.

 

I've heard my local botanical garden does events. I love plants so much.

 

Somewhere very far away, like Spain, Australia, or Brazil

I'm not a very "formal" person. So if I was gonna have a wedding, I'd have one in Vegas. I'd want it to be as wild and as fun as possible.

 

If i get married would depend on my significant other, is not a must for me to show my commitment.
If it were to be religious, on a church I'd like a friend from high school would do the ceremony since he is an ordered priest, he was the only person that defended me whenever I was bullied and helped me with my arm.
If it were non-religious I'd like to get married on a boat/yatch in the sea near my city.

 

A rustic lodge in the wintertime. With a hot chocolate bar! I spend too much time on Pinterest... lol

 

I've never dreamed of marriage, and I don't intend to do anything of the sort.
