I'm pissed, the leader of my LGBT center does not believe bisexuality exists...

    Just saw on Facebook that the leader of my men's support group at my center does not believe bisexuality exists. I am beyond frustrated. I realize that it was his own personal account on a post, but it certainly doesn't make me feel good. "If I was invisible..."

    Edit: he is not the leader of the center, but the support group only. I hastily mistyped.

    Wow. That's inexcusable, particularly if he's the leader for support services. It's incredibly devaluing for something that is extremely well established in the literature going back 50+ years.

    Is there an executive director or board of directors you can copy his post to?

    Do you think maybe he was posting it sarcastically? Like I've had gay friends who have posted things like: "Ugh I don't care if people are gay, but why do they have to shove it down my throat." I know that they're joking. Maybe he was just making a comment like that.
