| Happily Married! :) EC Moderator   Gender: Male Orientation: Gay Out Status: Out and about. Location: Stoughton, Massachusetts USA Age: 43 Posts: 4,288 Join Date: Jun 2008 |  Passed My Tests!! A couple of weeks ago I accepted a new job. It will be partly in the main office and the other part of the time on the road, and I will finally have weekends off. For this job I had to pass a couple of state insurance exams. I took the tests this morning and I passed!  I am so relieved! I thought I would pass. I forgot how stressful studying for exams can be. Tomorrow I have to go to the main office to do some paperwork. On Monday I start my formal training. |

I went to the office today to do some of paperwork that needed to get done. Then as I was leaving I was told they we would call me at the end of next week so I can come back to get the books for the training class the following week. So basically I need to wait another week before I can start my new job. At this point I did not know what to think, now this means that its another week without pay because I am in between jobs. If I had known the training class wasn't until the following week I would have worked my other job for another week so I would have gotten paid. I am a little annoyed right now. |
