Me and my friends are making a campaign for the world mental health day . We are thinking about typing few lines about mental health on T-shirts , bookmarks ...... etc . Any ideas about what to write on them ?
You could put some statistics on the costs of untreated mental illnesses (money, time away from jobs, addiction), mental health is the same as physical health.
What he said ^ . Try to show how exhausting it is, mentally, physically, and financially speaking so that people actually the message and want to do something about abating mental illnesses. They're no laughing matter at all!
