  1. It's a bit weird how one's sexual orientation creates the stereotype that one has more guy/girl friends than the other. But I'm curious, do you have more guy friends or girl friends?

I have more guy friends. I just relate to them more

Right now, I have more guy friends than girl friends. In my school years I did have more female friends. I don't know the reason though, maybe because I know I won't fall in love with them it makes it easier for me to interact with them. Now in college, since I'm out and about, I'm more open to having guy friends and all that, which is actually what's happening now.

Most of my friends are straight guys, but I'm friends with most of their girlfriends and I have a number of female friends as well.

I have almost no LGBT friends.

My three best friends are two girls and a guy, but as far as good friends that aren't best friends, I have more guy friends.

Mostly female, though there have been certain times in my life where I had more male friends, such as in college, when I lived on a floor with all guys and my major was in a historically male-dominated field.

I hang out with more males, but I have deeper relationships with females.
I get along with males, in general and as a whole, but I bond with females more so.

In terms of numbers, the guys take it. But in terms of depth, the girls have this.

It fluctuates. I seem to be more in equilibrium when it's 60:40 or 70:30 male:female. It's not that right now, so I don't feel like I'm in equilibrium. LOL!

Same here. Always have and always will. I could be that a woman's breasts have this special warding capability. Wherever they are, I just so happen to be elsewhere. I also always feel like woman aren't exactly showing me their actual selves because i am gay and they instantly believe i am some sort of high maintenance pretty boy. This statement does not apply to lesbians as they have shown me their all every single time. and i also dont mean to sound sexist if thats what it sounds like. Could any straight women here put their input in, am i being sexist??? :eusa_doh:

It's a 60:40 male to female ratio, probably. I usually get along with both genders fairly well, but girls are difficult to relate to. In any case, personality and interests are more important when it comes to making friends.

I've never been able to get along with girls for some reason. I've always felt more comfortable with guys, and I've always had more male friends.
