i have a question for everyone with an avatar,why did you choose it and why does it suit you?? i chose mine because kirby is just soo damn cute ohh and we should compliment the avatars above our posts too =D

Gargoyles has been off the air for long enough that good pictures of Lexington are hard to come by. Thankfully, one person had taken a ton of screenshots from the cartoon, and placed them online. I've had a couple during my tenure here, but I'm quite happy with the current one. It's from the very first episode, back when the gargoyles lived up in the tower of a castle, away from the humans. The humans are having some sort of party/celebration, and a few of the gargoyles are watching. Lexington stares down at them and smiles (if you go to my profile pic, that's what he's doing there). Then he sits up on his haunches, fists clenched, turns to face the other gargoyles, and then leaps to glide down to join the humans in their celebration.

It seemed a bit fitting.

I picked mine because "Queer as Folk" is one of my favorite shows and I only discovered it in the last year; it really helped in my coming out, and wouldn't ya know, my town has it's very own "Liberty Ave"!! SO much fun!

I picked Randy Harrison/Justin, cuz he's the character I most identify with.

I'll start by explaining that my name is that of the main character from Shadow of the Colossus, my favorite game from last generation and perhaps my favorite in general.

My avatar is the symbol on his clothing, the same symbol that also appears on the vital points of each colossus.

EDIT: While I'm here, my sig is Wander and Mono, the girl in the background above picture.

I'm glad; I've gotten a lot of questions wondering what exactly my avatar is supposed to be since it's not a slogan or a person's face. It's not that symbolic (or recognizable to people who haven't played the game), but I liked the design so much I had to use it.

I feel the exact same way. QAF helped me a lot to accept myself and to come out to people.

I chose my avatar because I love Buffy (among other TV-Shows) and the season 6 double-episode-finale is/are my favourite episode/s.

I chose mine of River Phoenix because he was more or less the first guy I ever fancied and I got a bit obsessed with him, trying to see all his films and find out everything I could about him. I still haven't seen all his films. After years of waiting I finally saw 'My Own Private Idaho' last week (he plays a gay character). I get very emotional thinking about him

Umm... a couple months ago there was a thread about a video on youtube and whatnot, and the idea behind it was to write something important on your hand and take a photo of it. So I did... and I've been too lazy to feel like changing it since
