My stepmom crocheted a light blue blanket with a dark blue border on it. It sits on our couch and it's really comfortable .
I used to know how to, but I went so long without doing it that my grandmother is having to reteach me. It's fun though.
My mum likes knitting, but I never took an interest in it. I think 13 is a good age to get Into those kinds of activities though, it keeps you occupied and your mind busy.
I love crocheting. I usually make freeform wearable art, but sometimes I use a more traditional approach and use a pattern. I prefer to make all of my own yarn.
I actually recently got into crocheting and have been teaching myself how to do it via online tutorials and YouTube videos. I'm not any good at it yet, lol, but I'm having fun learning the ropes and looking forward to all the neat things I can (hopefully) make once I get more skilled. I saw examples of crocheted flowers, hearts, dolls... all sorts of stuff.
I know the basics of crochet, starting, the basic stitches, and finishing. But i don't know how to do it in the round so im kinda limited to squares, but i made an entire towel set and a scarf. I never really pursued it because i just prefer knitting
