That's cool! Hope you're able to sell your current place soon and enjoy the downtown life

Not too many 19 year olds even own a house, unless they inherited it.

    Hope it all goes okay.

Selling is one thing, moving is quite another. When we moved a couple of years ago my stress levels went sky high, not helped by the fact that it was ten days before Christmas.

    Congrats on finding a buyer.

I'm with PatrickUK though, moving sucks.

My partner wants to look for a new place--he wants to be higher up and have a balcony. We're already on the 18th floor and have floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides--and I'm freakin' scared of heights. It took me a month in this place before I could walk all the way into the living room when the blinds were open. He has some notion that we're going to sit out there on a 26th floor balcony eating breakfast--I'm pretty sure I'd have a heart attack.

Anyway, Alexander69, hope you love your new place. My advice: hire movers, lots and lots of movers--don't even box that shit your self. Have fun!
