What Makes You Laugh?

    Humor is something that I find appealing. It's ability to sooth and to teach fascinates me, and I find comedy relief is very therapeutic. Comedy allows you to escape or to elaborate, from or upon yourself; it can be light or macabre, witty or juvenile. It provides a very welcomed sensation, you could say. But to avoid writing a term paper on humor, I'll ask this question:

    At the moment.. The thing that makes me laugh the most.. Is the simple things in life.. Mainly my beautiful little 2 and a half year old niece. She is just at that stage where she is into everything and wants to always play and do things with you and just her laugh and giggles alone makes my heart feel warm and laugh as well. She looks at you with those big eyes and tilts her head when she wants something and says please and you just gotta smile and laugh at how cute she is.

    Lately, my best friends kittens and cats. Every day I know I can expect her emails to contain mentions of some of the funny escapades they've been getting into.

    A few people
    I laugh at many things that wouldn't be funny unless a certain someone says it. There are just some personalities and funny voices out there that get me no matter what the gag is.

    I also have this weird tendency to laugh my head off at really simple or dumb things, like repetitive sounds that others find annoying. I can laugh at almost anything that's aim is to be funny.

    i love when a dog is all happy excited and tries to run on a hard cement/tile floor and there's no friction but they're just SO WORKED UP and wiggly and excited and happy and so they have this weird body movement thing going on

    also boxers with docked tails shaking their entire butt when happy is funny, to me

    Clever wordplay, social satire, sarcasm, people being goofy...I can find a lot of stuff that others find "offensive" funny. I'm often in to biting, edgy humor, but it has to be quality. Most of the time...

    You guys ever heard of "Dirty Potter"? Yeah...that will give you an example of the things I can find funny from the lower end of the humor spectrum :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    I can have a pretty dark sense of humor (surely enough, haha)

    But I laugh at all kinds of things. Sarcasm and dry humor is pretty funny

    I have the same! :lol: I love it when others are laughing.

    Moreover, I laugh when I see funny comments, posts, videos, movies, series.. I laugh a lot. I also laugh about people's expressions sometimes. :lol:

    Me. I make myself laugh ALOT lol, that may sound weird :lol:.

    Also funny/silly comments and dry/sarcastic humour. I find lots of things funny though.

    Making jokes with other people and seeing their reactions. I mess with my coworkers a lot and they all react differently, so it's really amusing. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
