When capitalizing just one letter, do you use the caps lock key or the shift key? Maybe both? Maybe you don't capitalize at all?

Left shift. I never use the right shift.

Shift key, unless I'm capitalizing "a lot" of letters.

Shift key, either right or left. Caps lock is one of the least useful keys nowadays, IMO.

Caps Lock. All day, e'rr day.

I find that using the Shift key, slows down my typing process, but only nominally (I 'pause' when using Shift keys, basically). However, when I get into the flow of typing, it is just easier, and more natural to me, to use the Caps Lock button.

I only use mobile devices, on which the shift and caps lock are the same button.

    Therefore, I use both.

Usually left shift, sometimes right shift, and rarely caps lock. It's almost always a mistake when I hit caps lock. I was aiming for the left shift key!

Speed-typing is best done with the shift key. It's just plain slow and inefficient to use caps lock for one letter.

Only the left shift key for me. None of that right shift or caps lock nonsense here, except for doing the smilies. Then I use right shift:slight_smile:

I use the shift key when I am capitalizing one letter. If I am writing a lot in caps, I'll use caps lock.
