Everybody has that one particular field, that they excel in, and nobody else can match them. It's the one thing that, when compared to others, it makes them stand out, amongst their friends or peers. In some cases, that one thing they do, often makes them the so-called specialist of the group.

Basically, what I want to ask is, what are you the best at? It can be a certain subject in school, a specific routine or activity (like working out, martial arts, knitting, etc), or social skills (etiquette, being the one who keeps everyone calm, being a leader, etc). Hell, you might even excel at more than one thing; and if so, feel free to elaborate!

Amongst my peers? Mathematics. I grasp everything quickly and easily and progress fast.

That said, compared to anyone actually studying Mathematics, I know nothing.

Being on this site has taught me a lot of things about myself and that even though I sometimes question my own judgement, people around me seem to think I am good at giving advice and just calming people down and making their moods a little better. I think it has to do with my own emotional vulnerability and my own sensitive side that makes it a little easier to understand and empathize with people, I think when people call you a motherly figure and a nurturer here, then you know you are doing something right.

Something people won't know about me yet.. I am a good swimmer.. Good enough to be called up to the train on squad for the Athens Paralympics. I sadly never got there as I got ill and ended up in hospital for a while and had a lot of time off school, but I was aiming for the Paralympics at one point and that is a goal that although I didn't achieve, I was proud of myself for getting to the train in squad. Most of my family are fairly good swimmers, but none of them got to where I did professionally with the sport. I was competing in local, state and national titles as well.

Thanks! I was thinking, that if such positions still existed, Court Jester might be a good occupation, as one had to be funny, sharp, and also could wield an out-sized amount of power/influence. We need to bring court-jesters back to the courts, congresses, senates, & parliaments of the world, to liven things up.

Imagine me as a Jester at SCOTUS! Scalia, watch out.

    See?

Well, if I ever do become Empress of the World, I'll be sure to give you the occupation of official Court Jester.

Thank you for being so fun, and entertaining, HuskyPup!

Sarcasm... Also, people say i'm weird, so yay for that! I'm a pro at being weird! (*≧▽≦)ノシ))

Also, that other thing about being able to judge a person in a matter of seconds, just by looking at them. But that is annoying and boring and stupid...

I don't know if I'd call that annoying, boring, or stupid. I could see how it could be annoying, but the other two, not so much.

You have me curious now. Do you judge them, as in whether they are a good or bad fit as a friend, or are you able to judge their whole character?

I'm often told that I should become a politician, so I guess I'm quite good at debating and laying out arguments? I also get this "special voice" when talking/explaining something in front of a larger group of people, which is something positive. Haha, that didn't make any sense did it? (!!)

*initiating brain to keyboard data transfer*

Yeah, oh look... a lady sitting in the bus, she wears a ton of rings on her hands and is somewhat fat, also her makeup is very poorly done, all caked up in copious amounts, ergo she lives a boring life and is most probably single, lazy and not respectable in her career if she even has one. Looking at her eyes, i can see that she is sad about something, hmm she appears to be looking at the girl across from her, maybe she is envious... no, that slight smirk in her face, yeah she is snobby... she thinks less of this girl who dresses up somewhat differently. She obviously has no kids of her own, seeing as how she dresses at her age, also i'm guessing she has a cat or cats, basing my assumption on everything i've observed previously, doesn't look like a dog person. Conclusion, i don't like this person and i don't acknowledge their existence, moving on to the next one...

    *end transmission*

Now imagine all this happening in the span of 2-3 seconds, and... now multiply this by the number of passengers in my field of view.

My bus trips to the city square usually take about 30 minutes, so i find ways to keep occupied. It's fun! And boring, and weird... and sometimes, annoying and stupid since it's kind of "automated".

Then, what is your "strategy", dear Kaiser?

I am really good at being weird. It's my biggest talent.

If being serious, I can influence people alot, (individually, not crowd) I can be really optimistic and help them to believe they can do anything if you try. I am a good listener. Sense of humour. I can tell about a person a lot just by looking into his eyes, or the way he talks, moves. I seems like I can feel human feelings. People have said to me 'I can't explain it, I can't talk to anyone like that. I just feel you understand me, you always get it.' Maybe it is because I am really sensitive... but my mother has it too, I am not sure how to call it.
