How Do You Make the World More Enjoyable?

Well, I'm amazing in every way, and I am probably the greatest creature that ever lived, so I guess my very existence makes the world more enjoyable.

 

Make people laugh. Apparently I have funny mannerisms.... When you have a nice hard laugh you feel better, and at least temporarily forgot your problems, at least for me.

 

I think showing I care by being there for others, giving advice and support and just letting someone know I am a shoulder to lean on or cry on and being a good listener.

 

Well if using basic manners counts, then that.

 

I try my hardest to not say anything in about 90% of situations where i "feel" that i should say something.

Like, seriously, lady at the bus stop, there IS such a thing as "too much makeup", for the love of... You're ~50, get a friggin hold of yourself.

Oh, also... that door thing.

But mostly, i'm like, screw people, which kind of leaves more space for me to allocate to people who i actually care for, not some random strangers that for all i know are living a double life as serial killers or are themselves simply undeserving of such gestures.

This one girl at the store few weeks ago was like... talking on here phone, in her high heels no bags or anything, and i'm like holding two bags and she was like... just standing there, waiting for me to open the door, i soooooooo wanted to go mental at the b**ch. But, alast... i didn't, just kicked the door open, which kind of startled her (sooo deserved it) and i simply exited without even holding it for her.

I just stay outta everyone's way and live in my bedroom.

I make the world better by staying the heck outta it X3

 

See the good in everything. Joy, just like everything else, is how you perceive it.

So seeing the better side to life, makes the world more joyful. :3

 

I volunteer, to help those less fortunate and privileged than me.
I speak up for others, educate people, and stand up for what I believe in. Now, this may not make the world more enjoyable for everyone, since some people will inevitably disagree, but let's say it still counts.
... I say hello to strangers in the street. I'm not sure if this is enjoyable or just creepy. It's just, when passing someone and we happen to make eye contact, I automatically smile and say Hi.

I'd like to see this thread reversed, but it would get dark and depressing pretty quickly. ^^

I try to bring cupcakes or just sweets to my friends from time to time and be very kind to cashiers and in general to random people I meet. I gotta say I mostly do it selfishly because it's so nice to see them smile, so I don't know how much it counts.
