Does anyone on here do Freeletics? I just started to do it and it is fucking hard but I absolutely love it.
I've never done of freeletics, but a few summers ago I did plyometric training with my best friend. It did kick my ass, but it was fun and did help me run better. I got busy so I haven't done it recently.
