    Hello people,

For a person who is single and never been in a relationship before,
how to know whether he/she is ready for a relationship?

Are there any signs? What he/she can do to prepare himself/herself?

I don't think you can learn how to be in a relationship without being in one.. you just have to be prepared for the first one (or few) to go tits up.

Just be in it to win it, and work on improving yourself to have the qualities you want to see in your significant other. Confidence will also be a good quality to have. Don't be with someone because you "need" them, but because you're enhanced by their presence and make you happy.

Not that I'm the queen of relationship advice lol

When someone realises they are okay without one. Ironic, isn't it.

When I feel like I want to devote a huge portion of my time with this one individual and that I truly love them.

Exactly. You have to be happy with yourself and your situation such that getting into a relationship is done to share that happiness, not to find it.
