So, i came out to two of my friends as being gay. I had brought up LGBT stuff before so i knew for sure they weren't homophobes. One of them has/had a crush on me so i didn't know how she would take it. When i told the first friend, the one who likes me, she said "oh i didnt know that." And she acted like it wasnt a big deal. The other friend said "thats nice." And also didnt care. And they didn't avoid me afterwards either. They have continued to talk and text me like normal!
Great for you! I'm glad they both took it so well. Telling friends can be scary, but positive reactions can make it much easier to tell others.
