What do i say to someone who lost a loved one(over the internet)

    Self explainatory..

    A close friend of mine, that live in another country just lost her aunt...

    What could i tell her? Normaly i would solve it with a hug if it where in person, but i dont know what to say over the internet

    something along the lines of "I'm so sorry for your loss, I'm here if you want to talk" would probably be appropriate, also offering a long distance hug is nice. Just knowing you care is something I think.

    You could try sending her an e-card for conveying condolences. You could try writing a verse as part of the e-card that has some deeper meaning for your friend. You probably know how close your friend was to her aunt - try using it as a starting point.
