I was wondering if popping your wrists with a rubber band is considered bad. I had done to calm myself when I got into fight with my sibling. Can it be considered self harm?

It doesn't cause much physical damage, but I honestly wouldn't consider it very healthy psychologically. You're still trying to solve your problems with pain.

Using rubber bands is generally considered an alternative coping strategy to self harm.
