Prejudice towards bi/pan people?

    So, today, I was talking about Pansexuality and Bisexuality with this guy, and he defined Bisexual as 'greedy' and Pansexual as 'f***s anything with a pulse'. Has anyone else heard stuff like this, and what do you think about it? xx

    Mmhm! Tonnes of shit like this get's dropped all the time :slight_smile: Even within the lgbt community. Just goes to show that bigotry doesn't discriminate. :grin:

    I've heard it before, and it's just stupid commentary from people who don't know any better.

    They don't have any grasp on what bisexuality/pansexuality actually are, and we all know how most humans treat things they don't understand.

    Don't worry about it!
    You can always try to educate, but (try to) never let it touch you emotionally - They're not worthy.

    I did try to explain that they were nothing like how he described, but he totally blanked it out. I guess some people just don't want to listen to the truth :/

    Oh most definitely! Also heard that bisexual people are just gay in denial, or confused.

    Not to mention the times where men immediately think, "Ah, threesome!" when they hear someone is bisexual :dry:

    And then there's this one time where lesbians said "Ew, I wouldn't touch a bisexual, I won't go where a man has been..."
