Looks like a long list. I'd consider that list unrealistic and borderline silly. Take a good look at yourself: Are you all that? Can you expect someone else to be all that? I apologise if this comes across as harsh, but I detest "lists" like that for good reasons.
You are right. In retrospect I started to realise that it is silly to make such a list since love conquers all. I did meet a person fitting those exact stats but what was overlooked was "unconditional love" which voids all the other stats.
While it can be an interesting exercise to think about what qualities the perfect person might have, it's important that you don't turn that into a rigid set of requirements. I know just about every person I've ever felt something for has been different from each other and what I might say is my ideal match, but I ended up liking them because of those differences, not in spite of them. Everyone has their deal-breakers, but don't go too crazy with them.
