I think oral sex is sex that's why I didn't put a third I don't see it as foreplay .
I see it the same as penetration be it penis in vagina or strap on dildo

When I was younger, I used to not consider oral sex as sex, but now I do. I suppose if there is deliberate stimulation of a sexual organ by another person, it is a form of sex.

The reason I ask is because people still say their virgins even if they had oral sex and says it doesn't count .

I dunno. I guess I always viewed oral sex as foreplay mostly - because it is usually the precursor to anal sex.

But you can get STDs via oral - so I don't see why it shouldn't be counted as sex. I mean, it's considered a sexual activity, and the risks are still the same.

Eh. As long as somebody cums/comes with the assistance of someone else, it's sex to me.

    I accidentally voted no. :frowning2:

I think that any type of sexual stimulation of that kind that involves another person would count as a sexual act. It just seems logical.

Depends on the person, I just think sex is a general term for any sexual activity. It's childish to count on your fingers what does and doesn't count as sex. :/

Cool, no worries. I view it as sex as well but I would use this specific technique at any point in the process.

Clinton said that to avoid being thrown out of the presidency for lying about what he knew was sex.

If he had said... yes I had sex with that woman... he would have been found guilty of perjury before a grand jury and thrown out of office by people who HATED his progressive politics... It was a fundamentalist conservative witch trial!

    Good point!

But yeah, I'd say oral sex is 'sex'. Quite a few couples only really enjoy oral sex. I would never say that that means they don't have 'proper sex'.

Yes It's sex, and once you do it you are NOT a virgin anymore. PERIOD.

Foreplay by definition is anything that warms you up to the main sex act. So oral can be foreplay (but only if penetration comes afterwards and nobody orgasms). However, vaginal intercourse could be foreplay as well if it's done to warm partners up, and nobody orgasms/they finish with something else. So to devalue oral sex is stupid, especially since to some people, It -is- the main act, and It's more intimate/emotional to others (especially lesbians). I have met people who are fine with having PiV sex with a total stranger, but won't do oral with someone they haven't been committed to for years.

It absolutely pisses me off when gay men say that oral sex isn't sex as well. Not only is it sexist/heterosexist toward the women of the LGBT community, but anal sex is not technically sex either. Most straight people call it 'foreplay' and a lot of straight people think gay men are still virgins if they've had anal sex, but not vaginal intercourse with a woman. So It's inexcusable behavior in our community to show such hypocrisy that leaves half of the LGBT community out. We should know better.

And what about people who can't have penetrative sex anyway? Men who lose their penises in an accident, women who have painful disorders; are they inferior, do they not get to 'bond' with their partners too?

(BTW this isn't directed at you Stocking, because I know you think It's sex lol It's just an objective post in general)
