Has anyone besides me used YouTube as a coming out resource? I must say some of the coming out videos posted have inspired me to be true to myself and have helped me come out. What are some videos that have helped and inspired you? (If this thread belongs elsewhere, feel free to move it.) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zTMBqbxf9ak http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBnxBN75qbg
There's some good stuff on there for sure. I guess kind of like here it gets you used to the idea, so it seems less foreign. For the life of me I can't find it, somewhere on youtube there's short movie about this high school couple that are outed. Very touching. It was done as a high school project, and one of the guys in it has moved on to do more film stuff.
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=HruqmAWjv3s&feature=related I have watched that like 20 times in last 24 hours!
I've watched a few coming out videos on YouTube and gotten some ideas from them, but I could never come out on YouTube myself.
I'm big for impersonal coming outs, they're a favorite of mine but I don't think I could ever do it on youtube. I'd probably ramble on and never get to the actual coming out.
anythingsarcastics reply to Tyler's video actually prompted my video response to it and I can't believe I did it but I came out on youtube haha. I've been out to almost everyone except my family before I made that video though. My puppy stole my thunder though and interrupted the video haha.
Anyone know the YouTuber user GayGod? I remember watching his video on advice about coming out. It was pretty helpful.
I saw a couple of videos on Youtube a few weeks before I found EC. I helped a little bit. But back then I was a complete mess.

Trayce Shaw. I swear, one night I was so depressed over some relationship problems, and I watched his videos for like 2 hours. With a blend of serious LGBT talk and humor, it really brought me up from feeling like shit. http://www.youtube.com/profile_videos?user=TrayceShaw Specifically one video of his I found helpful:
