I'll be watching this one over at my mom's place again. When my dad and sister are over it's kind of boring, they just sit around and complain about how long it's lasting, but when just my mom and I are together it gets pretty funny.

What time is it on? 8 again?

  7. It's do or die for McCain

and may I say something about the "that one" comment? I have always thought that politics is a dirty game, so I have no problem with that. I don't think people should freak out about that as they have in the past week. Of course it doesn't mean that I approve rudeness, but still.

Wow...only 20 days. Seems like this thing has been going on forever. I just hope I'm not disappointed like in '04 and '00. But if nothing major happens, this one will turn out more like '06.

  14. Didn't Biden say he didn't support gay marriage in the debate?

  15. Both Sarah Palin and Joe Biden said they didn't support redefining the term marriage.

It will be interesting. they will both be sitting at a table and not behind podiums. I hope they show more emotion about everything that is going on.

I don't like either of 'em, but I would go with Obama since I ain't a Republican. I'm for Nader. Too bad Nader's not in it.

Obama does not support same-sex marriage. Neither major candidate does. Go to his website and check out what he stands for if you're interersted.

I don't think this debate changed things. Still Obama's election to lose:slight_smile:

For the first couple minutes, I couldn't stop laughing at McCain. He was blinking about every-other second.

I thought Schieffer was a terrible moderator.

And I'm jealous of Joe. Why does he get all the attention?
