There are a few what do you want threads, but what are you planing on giving people, if you are giving gifts this holiday season?
for my brothers and sister I decided to pick the stupidest cheap item that I happened upon while shopping. For one that's a thrift store paper maché spiky fish with big lips. For another it's a bag of tiny clothes pins from the craft store. Undecided for my sister yet. I'm cheap and I have a weird sense of humor.
Absolutely nothing. My usual gift. At least it won't get returned to the mall for an exchange... I can only speculate here, but if I had people in my life whom I gave gifts to, I'd probably be aiming for small gifts that emphasize thought, creativity, and what the person getting said gift is like. The gift would be likely sourced from a thrift shop, or made by me. (Partly because I'm cheap, but also in revolt against how :***: commercial this season has become).
