I think yes. I've heard things, unfortunately, like "she's hot for a black girl, latina, etc, but I'd never date her." which is their right to date whomever they choose... but I think the statement "she or he is hot for a (whatever race)" is a racist statement. I've only dated white, asian, and latin so far. I can't say I don't have preferences. But I won't really rule anyone out. Well, right now, cause I am in a relationship. But besides the point. If I think anyone is hot; I'd say they are hot not "hot for a certain race" Racism is stupid. But yeah, racists can be attracted to races they hate. Just probably not likely they would act on it. And probably for the best. It would probably be a sad relationship.

Yep. I know plenty of straight men who are sexist, but they're definitely attracted to women at the end of the day. Same with race - you could repress those attractions, or openly flaunt them, and still not think much at all of those from that group.

Some might even use the whole "I've dated/had sex with ___ people!" as a counter to accusations.

The attraction could be based on a conditioned response. That could come from the way they have responded or have demonstrated their interest in the past. I've got some stories, one of which prompted a friend of mine to say, "Man, they love YOU!"

Generally speaking, black guys are not at the top of my "type" list, but some are handsome. And if they are attractive, have good funny and outgoing personalities, and demonstrate some of that zeal I've encountered in the past, it can make for a very sexy combination.

As for guys, I am partial to the pale skinned with guy with darkish, almost black hair with darker eyes. Then, dark body hair against that pale skin makes for an even bigger turn-on. I've posted these kinds of posts and photos in the past that only support that this is my "type," looks wise.

I'm not going to do a race by race analysis of this issue. That's my private thought process and my personal taste. I think it's more about conditioned responses than it is about fetishes, though the irrational fetish for certain races outside of your own exists, so that aspect is a valid observation.

So, there you have it, stocking. It depends ... and anything is possible.
