Why does society make it such a big deal to put a label on it? I don't understand it! I mean I feel pressured to give myself one and its very confusing and frustrating. Am I straight, Bi or lesbian!?:bang:
I only would tell someone my sexuality to express that I would be in a relationship with someone if i was interested in them. I don't think labels are important, but society labels everything.
If you don't like labels why not just not use them it isn't a requirement for everyone on the planet to use one . The world uses labels because we as humans use words to communicate it's one of the things that makes us more advanced than other species . Labels can go as saying that girl has brown eyes that's a label that person is tall that's a label that person is short . Without labels how do you expect to communicate . Now if you as a person don't want to use labels for your sexual orientation then don't . Some people like labeling their sexuality others don't . No one is holding a gun to your head telling you to label just don't .
I don't like that word "sexuality". I prefer orientation I like that better. And society sucks! That's why. But don't label yourself if you don't want to.
