Well ... You may or may not of seen the pansexual pride flag (I've only just seen it myself) and I am massively dissapointed by it. It's just so... Bland... Anyone else think it's nowhere near as interesting as other pride flags? Or is it just me?

OK, I just took a peek, and it is rather bland. Also, why that combination of colors, and in such shades? I don't quite get what it's aging at: 'Blue is for boys, pink is for girls, and yellow is everyone else?' If so, that seems sorta a stereotyped rationale, but who can say how these flags get started.

Myself, I've never been much into flags, I think Maryland has a pretty one, though, 'cause it looks so Medieval.

Why not use the rainbow flag - it's supposed to be a cover-all flag for the entire LGBT spectrum is it not?

I prefer the bi flag one over the pan one. It's just... meh.

i see nothing "wrong with it" when we were expecting my son, i had 3 cans of paint bought, one pink, one blue, and one yellow. IE: girl, boy, either. we found out that it was a boy so my STBX had her mom come up and paint the room while i was on exercises. i dont know what happened to the other cans of paint LOL

Isn't that the flag of Romania rotated 90 degrees?

I'm not a fan of a lot of flags, since they work off of the rational of pink being for girls and blue being for boys. (I don't mind this as much in the trans flag, since gender is the main point with it.) I also think that there is a bit of a flag overload that is going on. There are so many that many do not know the meaning on a lot of them.

I prefer the bisexual pride flag. We have better colors. The yellow in the pansexual pride flag is offputting.

The colors are far too vibrant for my liking. I personally use the rainbow flag as means to identify myself, but also have considered using the asexuality one as well as it is almost as visually pleasing as the rainbow flag.

Definitely. I'm currently suffering from flag overload. This could be included in the next DSM as the next new disorder. =p

I just gave it a look and I don't like it. The colours are too bright and don't seem to match up with pansexuality. Perhaps, it would work better if they put the Greek Satyr, Pan, on it.

(^^^ BTW, Pan's Labyrinth is a fantastic film. I highly recommend it if you haven't seen it already.)

I love the for flag for Maryland too. It's so distinctive and very Medieval.

    This.

But I think the pan pride flag is fine, maybe they could've used slightly different shades?

The one flag I dislike very strongly is the trans pride flag, I much prefer Jennifer Pellinen's version. But eh, most people don't know the meaning of any of these flags beyond the rainbow one, so...

Yeah it is a bit bland... Not horrible like black and white heterosexual flag. I know at least 3 football (soccer) teams with those colors... Does it mean they are hetero clubs?

And that's why I hate Newcastle United. It's so hetroexclusive.

I'm currently working on flags for genders so I could invent an alternate Pan Pride flag. Anyone interested?

For a flag that represents pan pride and the loving of all genders, they have to simplify something so vastly encompassing.

When I saw the flag, the first thing I thought was the three primary colors - though with slight differences. Red is replaced by magenta and blue is replaced by cyan to represent the binary genders, and yellow is everything outside the binary. The three colors together make a whole in CMYK.

I personally think its simplicity and reference to the primary colors makes it a fine flag for what it represents. It might not be fancy, but the Genderqueer flag doesn't have the prettiest color combination either and we still appreciate and adorn it proudly for what it symbolizes.

Sure, we could just still use the rainbow, but every sexuality and gender is getting their own pride flag; why leave pan pride out? ^___^

Pansexual Peide flag probably ran out of ideas? Sorry it's just that I gave a great imagination...

Wow ok but can I talk about the drag flag because oh my god it looks like a medaeval crest and it's sort of the most exciting flag of all.
