It did snow where I live (unfortunately). When it's cold, I wear gloves and, if it's very cold, a knit cap. I do wear a t-shirt, a hoodie and a winter jacket. I really dislike the cold if I go outside, it makes my hands (and my face) hurt. =\

There was not much snow, so schools weren't shut down. About the amount of snow... I have no idea. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

It's snowing here now, I don't really like it. It makes me get fevers and my school never close no matter how much snow it is.

It is snowing and I am mostly swearing the snow getting into my eyes, ear or nose, ice that trip me down.

Schools are out today as well... looks like they will have another day off tomorrow.

Last time I remember works put off because of snow was in 1987... Mom was started to work after dad's recent death so I remember being happy that she was at home. She made us cookies and a cake. Maybe it could sound like nothing but we had it bad economically after dad passed away so those cookies and cake were like feast to me.

Heh come to think of it, maybe my tradition of buying cake to everyone at work at first snow of the year tied to that day. Funny how you realize those kind of things out of nowhere.

We only got a light dusting of snow, here. I enjoy the snow, so long as I don't have to go anywhere too far, anyway! I find it quite beautiful.

As for the temperature, it is more than cold enough. Around 17 degrees Fahrenheit this morning. How do I cope? Space heaters and sweaters, and cuddling up indoors.

It snowed here, but work is not put off for the weather, it can be a weather emergency, and I still have work, and oh by the way, I work for minimum wage in a grocery store.

I love it! I think it looks awesome when it snows. Kinda, peaceful.

Busses are cancelled today so I can resume not having a life.

There's a little snow on the ground here. And my employer refuses to close, unless the facilities are unusable due to a utility failure.

I just simply deal with it? Lol. I mean, I've been around snow all my life. You wrap yourself up warm, get your winter boots on, take a scarf and some thick mitts (You don't need your phone THAT bad) get on your toque and walk fast. Not only will fast pace walking keep you warm, it'll get you to your destination a lot faster. I wouldn't recommend running because you could slip. Oh.. and if it helps any, look outside before go out. If it's sunny without a cloud in the sky, then you shouldn't be going outside at all.

No snow here Joshy but I like it generally... Though I feel for everyone in your country who has no shelter other than refugee tents.. Then I do not feel so good

I love snow. If the snow stays on the ground until Saturday, me and my friends are going sledding.

Winter is my favorite season. Last year we had a LOT of snow.

It is colder than a mother-in-law's kiss around here. It's about 21F. Then there's the wind chill. Nothing's cancelled. All the rooms in which I teach are cold. In two you can feel and hear the wind though the panes. I hate winter. If man were a sensible creature, we'd hibernate.

We got maybe 3 inches of snow here, and it's made everything look so much brighter and prettier. Winter can be such a grey time, with nothing but bare trees and dark skies, such that I always welcome snow. It's a bit chilly, in the 20s, but to me, that simply feels brisk, perfect weather for doing wintry things. When it goes below 15 I tend to feel chilly, but the 20s are ideal, and tend to yield a pleasant, powdery snow.

Hopefully, this will be a very, very snowy winter...and spring.

Long live snow! Viva la cold!
