[Something that I want to share with you.] ... They are brave enough to stand for what they believe in, and to be true to themselves. We could learn a lot from them. And before a finger of judgment is pointed at them, we should realize that our parents, our children, our siblings, our co-workers, our community leaders, our neighbors, our friends (etc.) may be "in the closet" waiting till it's safe to come out without worrying about being friendless, homeless, jobless, hopeless, loveless, or lifeless. Would your God make such a "mistake" in allowing gays to exist? Remember, "All Powerful" includes the creation of what people consider "evil". Be careful interpreting what you, or others, consider "wrong". You could just be the one who is even "MORE wrong". Food for thought. Bon appetit. When people are put through such a great amount of pressure by family, peers, society (etc.) that they would rather take their own lives instead of being subjected to anymore shaming, bullying and unacceptance, you have to look at the cause. How disgusting can a person be to insult another person's sensitivities or sensibilities to the point of seeing them visibly upset, and continue to do so when they should know that they could push that person over the edge? They can't change people to become like them, so why be so disrespectful of other's differences? Their possible suicide doesn't register? Since they have taken it upon themselves to dictate "righteousness" upon others, surely they know the outcome may lead to self-destruction or death. If they don't know the consequences of their actions, or they pretend not to, then they should refrain from doing so. Point blank, it is called terrorism. Communicating a terrorist act only requires a person to terrorize another person. Therefore, it is a criminal act to undertake such a practice, or to execute such a standard of behavior against the will of another HUMAN BEING. Do not make up your own guidelines, "rules", or "laws" of behavior, or "propriety", or misinterpret (religious) dogma because you do not like someone else's belief system, lifestyle, or way of life. Somewhere in the world someone's "truth" is another culture's, society's, or civilization's custom or tradition. Whether you believe it's right or not, they've been doing it much longer than others have opposed, or tried to "eradicate" it. Self-control is the ultimate control. Everyone should work on perfecting their own self-control, and stop interfering with other's lives.
