    Hi guys,

Is it healthy to lose 1kg (2.2 pounds) every week?

    Or is it too fast?

  2. i think thats around the reccomended amount to lose so you can keep it off in the long term. so yeah, any more than that i think would be a struggle to keep off and wouldnt be too healthy but weightloss can go up and down all the time it just depends. i think as long as 2-3 pounds is your average weekly weightloss with maybe sometimes 4 and even a few pounds gain now and then i think its healthy. with 2 pounds being your general average.
    good luck.

Depends how you're losing it really

You should never crash diet to lose weight it's unhealthy and it likely won't work in the long run. You need to be prepared to make changes to your eating habits and lifestyle that will make you lose weight over time but more importantly make you keep it off

Starving yourself for a month then going back to how it was before is not healthy
