One Good Thing

I don't know if this thread will be successful or not but I was thinking earlier and decided that it would be a nice idea if people post one good thing that happened to them today. People tend to focus on only the negative in their lives and I think it would be a good idea to have everyone sit and think of at least one good thing that happened today and share it with everyone. Whether it's you got a really good grade on a test, got your dream job, made a new friend or just the fact that you woke up this morning.

So, I will start...

I got the hoodie I have been wanting for a while today, it made me happy having it show up in the mail.
- It's not much but it made me smile.

 

I'm working on some creative writing that I hope to one day make into a fantasy series. I spend my spare time coming up with magical powers for characters and whatnot, but often I get sidetracked with writers block. Then there are those times when I feel motivated and just fire away. Today was one of those days. I think there's enough variation in these magical powers that my readers will have new things to get excited about from beginning to end.

 

That is pretty cool Jellal.

 

Spent the day with family shopping and what not. We had a good time public outings make me happy except grocery shopping. Ugh.

 

I filled my gas tank up for $20

 

Hmmm...i didn't relapse today...no huffing for this champ 4 days clean..not counting weed

 

I went to The Cheesecake Factory with my mom for her birthday tonight. Love the Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake. <3

Saw my therapist today, and had him laughing. I'm really good at being an entertaining patient. Therapists should almost pay me, with the crazy stuff I come up with. Anyways, it's always fun to laugh with somebody.

What else? I finally saved up enough to order a form-fitting latex bodysuit, and it should be here from the UK next week. I'm very excited. This has taken ages. Now, to tone up a bit...no way to hide any extra inches in these things! Gonna be metallic silver. People find this odd, but it feels nice, and I find it tons of fun.

 

That sounds pretty cool, who cares what people think!

 

Finished drawing a dragon I'd been working on for a while, I'm pretty damn proud of it really.

Also, chocolate.

Saw my Nan today and made (failed) scones!

Now before anyone criticizes me I used the lemonade recipe but the lemonade we had was 2 years out of best before and flat so I used this almost no sugar solo stuff which is really lemony.

 

Scones are so good lol.

I had an uneventful shift at work

 

I have no one thing in particular, although I guess there were a few things I could mention. I just had a good day!

 

The day is still very young.... but I'm leaving early today to go buy some new boots!! yay!

 

I had a nice evening with my friends last night, and got to play with my friend's baby. When I came in the door he instantly looked to me and wanted to share his toy .
