AMERICANS: Do you presently live in a jurisdiction that allows same-sex marriage?

To clarify, if you are an American expat and happen to live in a jurisdiction outside of the United States that permits same-sex marriage (e.g. France), vote based on the last U.S. state where you held residence.

Given that the United States Supreme Court is poised to settle the issue, I wanted to find out what percent of American EC members have marriage equality at this time.
    _____
    Guidelines for poll:

YES: marriage equality is unequivocally the law of the land.

NO: marriage equality is not permitted (vote "NO" if there is a federal ruling against the same-sex marriage ban, but it has been stayed)

UNKNOWN/UNSURE: if uncertain of your state or territory's situation (explain in comment)

Completely legal in one state, in the other it's legal but probably being challenged by resident jackass MT Attorney General Tim Fox (guess I'm not sure though, I don't follow it very closely).

Legal here in WA. And this was approved by the voters.

Previously we had some sort of civil unions available.

Nope. I live about 450 km from the nearest state that would allow it. :/

Yes and No. Missouri is a weird case when it comes to same sex marriage. It's not legal in the county I live in, and the county courthouse has not been told they have to issue marriage licences. However, in Clay County (which holds much of downtown Kansas City), St. Louis County and St. Louis City all are issuing, so if someone would like to get married In Missouri and they don't live in the deep southern part of the state, it is a less than 3 hour drive, but once Missouri's Supreme Court strikes down the ban entirely (as they're composed of 5 Democrats and 2 Republicans), every county in the state should have to issue.

No, it is not legal where I live. I live in Nebraska but I am proud of where I am from even if we're still behind when it comes to sexual orientation equality. We're not as bad as Mississippi or those states in that area.
Interestingly, we had a discussion about same-sex marriage in my business law class (we had to debate a lot of issues and this was one of them). The teacher did not explicitly state that he is against same-sex marriage but he did offer some arguments against it, expecting us to respond.
I didn't say anything in the conversation, except when he said "Do you think having gay parents would encourage a child to be gay?" and I spoke up and said you can't be influenced into it; it's not a choice. Another person spoke up defending me (he was a foreign exchange student from Germany, if that means anything).
I wish I would've told him that LGBT people are around almost nothing but straight people our entire lives, but we haven't been successfully influenced into being straight. I wonder what he would've said to that.

Rhode Islanders have always been fans of going their own way, and forging ahead to new or different territory. Fortunately this mentality has translated to generally liberal and progressive views, so same sex marriage is indeed legal here.

I believe New Jersey has full rights; marriage, adoption, etc.
