    Normally, I'll think/meditate or read. Maybe watch a movie or some television.

    Ideally, cuddling would be wonderful. But that's still a work in progress...

    Depends on the day. I may watch a show/movie, read a book/FF/Manga or play a game.

    I might even run around the house with my dog, if he is a bit to full of energy for bed.

    After laying in bed and light off, I check my phone for new messeges and reply if it needed then turn off mobile and close my eyes and pray if I'm tired I would sleep in a light, if not much I start imagine my fantasy alternative live.

    For me, it's usually reading. Preferably something that's entirely out of the realm of the possible, like a fantasy or sci-fi paperback.
    I've found I sleep a whole lot better if I can end the day with something completely away from my daily routine.

    Well. Personally, I am talking to my friends on Skype or watching something. But the last thing I actually do before falling asleep is think up stories. It takes me a long time to fall asleep, so I start imagining up stories. I'm a writer, so often, it's possibilities for whatever I am writing. Some of the best content comes out just before I fall asleep! It also lulls me to sleep as well. Since I'm a bit of an insomniac, it makes a huge difference.

    I brush my teeth, make my vanilla/rooibos tea, play Fairy Kingdoms on tablet till my eye lids become too heavy... which is usually 2-3 mins.

    I used to think about my stories and heroes tho that sometimes lead to sleepless nights as I keep bombarded with ideas...
