    Pretty straight forward question.

Do you consider yourself one or the other? Does it depend on the situation or circumstances?

If you're a leader, do you believe you're an effective one? How do you inspire others?

If you're a follower, are you very encouraging? How do you make contributions?

I'm about to crash, I'm so tired. My proper response will have to wait.

It really depends for me. In some situations I am a leader and in others I am a follower.

Depends on how good I am at the task at hand. If I know what's up, I can delegate and command with authority.

If not, I'm more than content to sit back and be a part of someone else's plan.

Honestly, it depends on the situation. There are many where I like to bark orders and create and coordinate plans; other times I like follow.

Holiday dinners are an example of one situation where I am the undisputed leader.

It depends. I will take leadership in roles that I am confident that I would A) be suitable for and B) supported by others (in group projects/events/roles etc). I am also willing to pave my own way if I feel it's my right to. In all other cases I'll find instead a supporting role to play

I have little tolerance for being a follower. Especially if people try to push me to a direction I don't want to go. I've known for my arguements with superiors during military service... I was happy with their punishments than following their stupid orders.

I'm not really a good follower in my own opinion. But I don't want to lead, actually. I prefer to be "independent" and see what happens, I just do what I think is right in the situation. =)

I can be a leader or a follower depending what the situation calls for. Rather than participate directly I usually prefer to just observe however

I'm not exactly either. I like to do my own thing, not following anyone but also not being followed.

I'm a "switch." If it's something I'm clearly the best at, I will lead with no problems, but if it's clear that somebody else knows what they're doing I have absolutely no problems following that person's lead. I'm adequate at both roles.

Then again, here in Sweden it's very common with so called "open organizations" where nobody specific is the leader and the correct course of action is reached by all members weighing in.

Neither. Picking up sides can cloud my judgement, so I like to make my own calls. Sometimes, if I have enough trust in someone I can go with their decision even if I don't quite understand their choice.

My problem is with self-imposed leaders. Most of them don't have the slightest clue about leadership.

I'm not good at being a leader. Having people look up to me makes me nervous and uncomfortable.

I've always been more of a follower.

In normal social life I'm neither, since I just stay put. If there is a leadership position in need of filling for a task that I know needs done, I'll fill it. If someone else is already a leader in a task, I'll follow unless they suck.

In bed I'm always a leader though. I can't see myself in a leash, so SOMEONE has to wear one

It depends. I go where ever I want to go. If I happen to be following someone else or they happen to follow me then whatever.

    I don't know if I'm a leader, but I usually do whatever I want.
