Okay, so I had braces before and like I had a retainer but I didn't really wear them a lot like I should have and it move all of my teeth back like it was before I had braces. I am kind of worried but how come some of my teeth is moving. Like, I brush everyday and I try to floss when I can but is it because it's still shifting and moving back to the way it was? I had braces when I was in middle school.

Why do teeth move? Hell if I know, but it probably has to do with the fact that braces force the teeth to be straight when they have grown to be crooked. They don't change the shape of your entire skull so the arrangement of the teeth must be physically maintained.

This is something you should consult with a professional over. I'm sure there are many variables
