Not sure how the gay community is treated there but if you wanna get away from winter I would suggest Hawaii

San Francisco. It's not super warm all year long but no snow. They have probably the biggest gay community in the US

You might have a look at descriptions of the local communities, concerning gay friendliness etc...

San Diego, Phoenix and Santa Fe might be nice, both from the climate and the places...

but there are a lot of beautiful places to choose from...

and small communities can be equally nice...

you might have a visit there first, if you like it...

This is just a kind of private survey, you should look for additional opinions:
Gay Friendly Cities | List of the Top LGBT Places to Live in the US

and you could look for gay friendly warm places, or other keywords ...

San Francisco is pretty nice. or really anywhere in California. Someone suggested Santa Fe, and let me just say that it's very accepting of lgbt+ peoples but it is a mind numbingly slow town. Not much goes on. If you like having places to go and multitudes of people to see, stay away from Santa Fe.

The Florida Keys. They're fairly expensive and tourist-centered (and crowded during the winter because of people who hate the winter), but Key West in particular is known for being a gay haven.
