The BBC has just announced the victory of Barack Obama.

As of 4:03 AM UTC, Obama has 297 Electoral College votes.

Every site and network has a slightly different count depending on which states they've projected, but Virginia put him at 220, and since California was already set in stone for Obama, putting him at 275...
