I saw a thread on here about making a movie on your life. I started wondering, if anyone has written an autobiography. I thinking about writing one just for the hell of it.
I've written about myself on the past. It wasn't good enough to win the pulitzer, but it helped on a personal level, to analyze how did you really take this or that. Some stuff seem different once you put it on paper.
To a degree. A lot of my writings were confiscated over the years, so what I do have is very limited, usually to the few physical copies I still possess or on old websites. While not exactly an auto-biography, they are collected thoughts and feelings, compiled into something, which kind of counts. If I did have a book, it'd be one of these (copy and pasted from a similar topic): To be cynical: "You Die An entire book dedicated to the futility in conceiving the possibility of hope, and the inevitability of succumbing to the toxic effects of time's passage." To be funny stupid: "Don't Fuck-with-me, I'm from Ken-tuck-ee" To be idealistic/inspiring: "It Could Be Worse, You Could Be Hitler in Shorts: A Guide to Life, Laughter, Lessons, Love, Lads, Ladies, and How to Get the Fuck Over Things", With this image on the cover:
My entire immediate family are writing autobiographs (we've had an unfortunately interesting life). I had started writing it quite a while ago, but I'm totally scraping that copy. I think I'll start it again soon. This feels like a good place in my life to start writing.
I want to but I doubt that it would happen. I suppose the first 21 years of my life where oddly interesting due to the drama going on but the next 5 after that aren't at all. Same day with the same stuff.
If I'm ever famous enough to write one, it'll be called "I'm Still Waiting For God to Check His Spam Folder."
