    Okay so I want this thread to be about things we like about ourselves, things were good at, or whatever. I'm sick of the fact that talking about what we do, etc, is considered showing off. Can't we just say things the way they are and not put ourselves down constantly.

    I like the fact that I smile all the time and am a quite sarcasric and funny person. I'm good at sailing and kayaking. I've started sculpting and seem to be a natural at it. And I'm so proud of the work I've jist finished, it looks great.

    That wiuld be defined as showing off, I guess, but fuck it, we should be proud of ourselves. Your go :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    Joking aside, I like the fact that I'm a very likable person...It's pretty easy to adapt to my surroundings, and it makes it easy at making friends...Most of them female, but I prefer them over straight boys...

    Maybe that would be overkill because I do enough showing off offline!

    My dad told me to stop showing off when I played Dark Souls II. It helps that the difficulty of the game is hyped so my dodging of attacks appears hella impressive. And I fuck up most invaders... when there are some damn invaders.

    I like that I have a high metabolism, and that I can draw and make costumes very well.
    I also like how easy it is for me to manipulate other people... which may not be something to brag about, but I'm still going to brag about it.

    Haha I rock at manipulating other people. I can literally get anything I want, and over the years, I've become an artist at apologizing. I always get myself out of sticky situations. I think it's a great skill :wink:

    I have an awesome butt! YES!!! it's the one thing that I've become proud of ever since I started working out.

    and I really like my lips... the color, the shape, everything! I'm always very vain with it. in fact, my makeup consists of only lipstick because I love showcasing this feature of mine.

    Despite my online writing style often fluctuating between overly clinical and nauseatingly saccharine, in real life people tell me I'm the funniest person they know. I'm proud of that.

    I'm really good at imagining and creating truly epic fantasy scenarios. Stuff with real pizzazz.

    I'm a demon of a racer in Mario Kart 8.

    I like that I am smart enough to pass classes with very little effort, even college classes like Organic Chemistry. I also like how loyal and protective I am.

    I'm proud that I have a photographic memory. Last month, I saw a picture of a guy on a dating site and I was immediately able to remember where I saw him: I was speaking to a class at my old high school (I'm in college) last year and he was in the back corner of the class. I hesitated telling him how I know what school he went to because that would've sounded creepy X)

    Hmm... well, I don't really have much to brag about, considering I see myself as a mere rookie in almost everything I do.

    But if I have to pick my best aspects... I'd say I procrastinate like a pro. I'm doing it right now, in fact.

    I've also been praised for my skill with game modding, and people constantly ask me to do stuff for their games (I usually refuse though).

    And lastly, I don't know if this was a compliment or not, but the guys in my reenactment unit think I'm good at imitating the "voice, tone and airs" of an arrogant, pompous and self centred 19th century army officer.

    Perhaps because I like yelling at people and ordering them around :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
