Yeah, it bugs me. Wish I could just brush it off, but it makes me really want to say something back, but I never do
Yes, I'd also call it angry, rather than upset. I try to tell myself they're not worth getting upset over. And anger allows me to argue (or disagree) with them more clearly and convincingly than if I were upset.
it angers me with most people but when my crush says things like "thats gay" i want to cry but for other people i tend to argue and get them to use a different word.
If it's someone I know, even if I only know them in passing, yes. If it's someone in a position of political power, yes. Random people? Not so much. I just feel bad that they're lost in their own ignorance.
