I don't believe in them at all (I don't believe in spirits, for that matter).. So I voted fake. =)

They're fake. Apparently they're fun to play with at parties, but other than that, there's no use or value to them, in my opinion. I don't understand why people are so afraid of them though.

On a side note, my aunt and her wife who believe in some sort of Native American spirituality bought a Oujia board so their son could try to talk to my grandmother's late companion, who died 4 years ago.

I'm superstitious, I don't trust ouja boards, they are an invitation for bad luck... Obviously it's easy to fake anything with a ouja board, but still... I've seen too many supernatural occurrence in my life to be a skeptic...

Hmm, I have heard a lot of ghost stories in my country whereby curious students play the ouija board and did not "release the spirit" properly after the game. Hence, the spirit is "trapped" in the school and continue to haunt the school.

    But I don't have any first-hand experience :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I don't believe in them at all. It has about as much power as any other Milton Bradley board game lol

I also believe that people, for the most part, see what they want to see.

Well I used to believe that they were a complete load of BS. I figured that any answer that you got was just the answer that your subconscious wanted.

That was until I saw my aunt use one. The damn thing was moving and SHE WASN'T TOUCHING IT!! Her hand was a couple inches above the pointer and it was moving. I know you probably don't believe me. Hell, I wouldn't believe you, if I hadn't saw it for myself. She quit using them a couple years ago because she said she found an "evil spirit" and it freaked her out.

Now, I'm not sure I believe everything I hear about them, but seeing the damn thing move on its own definitely makes me look at them with a bit more credibility

I put I'm not sure. I've heard that they move when people push them but don't realise they are moving them

I don't think they are productive. If they are real, best not mess. Even if they are fake, they can mess up with peoples heads sometimes. I didn't vote, as I didn't feel that any applied to me.

I'm not sure at all. Have yet to see someone using it in person.

    It's a load of sh*t.
How can people believe that a piece of cardboard can contact dead people?
How can anyone be so stupid?

I enjoy to talk about spirits, ghost, gods, demons and other myths but I don't believe them at all.

I don't believe in them, but the ideas of spirits and such still can freak me out. I may be a little freaked out if I used one but I don't believe anything would actually happen in the end.

Honestly, I used to think they were fake, until my sister and cousin used one. Some weird shit happened. I highly recommend to stay away from them.

They're fake, and the "answers" you get are subconsciously done by the people who use it. Look up the "Ideomotor Effect" to get a better insight.
