Gay pride parade

Want to go to one. Especially want to dress in drag and participate in one!

 

I don't like parades in general

 

I've been to at least one a year every year for over twenty years--about a million people usually come to the one here in Chicago. It's awesome!!

 

I personally think that they create more stereotypes and problems.

 

Never went

 

I've never been to one but I plan on going once I get a few more LGBT friends. I'm thinking that college might be a good time to go to my first one.

 

I don't really like parades in general, but I think a pride parade would be a fun thing to experience. I've never been to one, but I'd like to go someday to see what it's like.

 

I want to go to one! It looks like so much fun! Hopefully I can get to the one in Raleigh one day!

I would love to be in one It would be a great way for me to come out even more. Maybe the next one in either San Francisco or Sacramento, I'll go. I think San Francisco would be the most fun.

I would love to go to one! There's one in my city that's like in June every year! I want to go so bad!

 

I think they're fine and its great that so many people want to come together and celebrate equality But on the other hand, I don't go to them..parades in general are just not my scene and especially the Sydney (Mardi Gras) which typically involves a lot of drinking and partying (which I am usually too introverted to make the effort of participating in haha)

 

I think it sounds like too many crowds and loud noises for me -_- 'Fraid that isn't my thing.

I'm not opposed to them on an ideological level, though. Nothing wrong with gay pride.

 

I'd like to participate in one,but i also think they create or in the eyes of people confirm stereotypes

I'd love to go to a big pride parade - Madrid or Amsterdam or Sydney. I've been to only one so far - two years ago Sofia Pride. I think pride parades are important, especially for people who live in small places, it kinda gives you hope knowing there are other people like you and that there's nothing wrong with you. I missed last year's pride, but I hope I can go at this year's one.

 

Never been to one but I'd like to go to one someday in a rainbow wig that I've been eyeing for a while now... I think I'd be fun! I'd love to get a whole outfit together for it
