a bar. jk. honestly live outside go out to resturants, etc. you meet them anywhere and everywhere.

I don't think there really is a best way. All you can do is put yourself out there in whatever venue you feel comfortable in and try to connect with people.

Seriously though, it's usually just better to get out there and meet different people, the more people you know, the more likely you are to find someone you connect with.

Apparently the best way to meet someone that you'd seriously fall for is to NOT WANT such a thing to happen to you.. (at least this is true for me)

seriously though, do just look around everywhere. I haven't found anyone yet, but someone on here met a guy in a restaurant/cafe thing - he was serving him and the guy asked for his number, and they've got on awesomely since (as far as I know...)

Depends on who you are.

What kind of person you're looking for, what you like in people and your interests.

Go somewhere YOU enjoy and chances are you will find a person you enjoy - eventually.

You should be somewhere that you're comfortable. It's the best way to meet people you have something in common with. Gay bars work I guess - assuming you have that in common haha It's not a bad start.

ha where i live people have groups to try and exorcise LGBT teens not that its a laughing matter but shows u i have lil chance of goin to a meeting to meet a cute nice guy
