My friends don't trust me to hang out with them. I'm not going to freaking hit on them and well they just don't trust me! I'm the only bi girl at my stupid school. I can't find a girlfriend. No offence boys, I just want to try a girl so bad. I can't even get a gay friend!

With that out of the way, I'll say don't worry about getting a girlfriend. You're 13. I'm not surprised that others in your school are being imature about this - they're still very young too!!! You don't need a bf or a gf to be happy in life - and if you do then you've got other stuff that you need to work on. You need to be happy with yourself first.

Age has just about everything to do with life.

Your friends will grow up eventually. It just takes time.

Don't expect a girlfriend at age 13. I don't think you'll get one at that age. I didn't get a boyfriend till I was 17, a close-by one till 19, and one who felt like a real one until 20. And I only turned 20 in August. You need to think about your friends, and you need to make some new ones. If they won't hang out with you, you need to think about yourself.

rchwntslve, I assume that your friends are the same age as you are and it's possible that they don't fully comprehend what you are experiencing, so don't be too worried about them not wanting to have you around, just give them some time to work through what you have told them.

Unfortunately, a lot of the information your friends will be relying on to clarify their confusion will be what they have heard about gay/bisexual people from sources such as their parents or other peers - and this information is usually homophobic.

I suggest you visit your local library or go online and arm yourself with as much information as you feel able to pass on, should your friends start asking you questions.

I would also suggest that you don't try too hard to be included - let them come to you when they are ready - and don't look too hard for a girlfriend/boyfriend; they will come along when you are least expecting it.

dont worry about dating now, its definately way too early. you have to work on knowing and liking yourself before you can appreciate others the way that you're intending to.
