The train would keep going as though nothing happened, since hundreds of tons moving at that speed takes about five kilometers to stop. You would move a considerable distance from your original location, as well, several hundred meters, anyway. That movement would not be uniform, however, as various bits of you and your car essentially exploded from the impact and were strewn about. On the upside, the part you care about would be over really really quickly.
