Has your place gone through a change of weather yet? It's still cold and windy, but it's warming up slightly.
Thankfully, March is over. Here in Chicago, the month of March means bipolar weather every other day. One day, it was 60s and even one day in the 70s. The next week, it was snowing and cold. Now that it's April, I can safely say the warm weather is here to stay. It was 70 yesterday and beautiful. Although, April is also the month where is rains the most. It rained today and the forecast says it will be like this for a while. At least spring is here to stay.
Here in the Philippines, the weather is on her period. She has LOTS of mood swings! Now, the weather is cold but tomorrow it will hell hot! Not to mention, there is an upcoming typhoon heading us... DURING SUMMER SEASON!
Still waiting, watching...the change is indeed around...it's in the air, and you can smell and feel it, but it's still not concrete, and many of the natives are humorously restless.
Yes, it's starting to warm up here slowly. Instead of snow, we're getting rain, but it's still a welcome change. It's also nice to feel less shut-in all the time.
Here in Ohio, it will go from being 30 one day to being 70 the next. Spring in Ohio is a very weird season...
Well, in Sweden the polar bear riding season is over. Now it's just generally dreary, Spring isn't quite here yet.
Actually, spring was declared in almost the entire country several weeks ago. It was the earliest spring in recent memory. But it is Swedish spring we're talking about, so pleasant sunny days are intermittently interrupted by freak snowfall that disappears in less than a day.
Well, yes, meteorologists etc. probs have a much better idea of what constitues Spring than I do; in my head, Spring is when the flowers bloom etc. - the romantic picture. It's not nice and green yet, that's what I mean
I think the meteorological definition of spring is when there's an average temperature of five degrees celsius or higher seven days in a row. It was something like that at least. But I get what you mean. My family in Stockholm have started seeing flowers, but where I live it's still just delightfully dreary.
