Mental Training

    A few days ago, I had an experience in which I felt profoundly centered, almost in a daze. I've been able to bring mysrlf back to a similar(though less intense) state a few times since, but I'd like to become better at it.

    For any of those who have been profoundly centered, do you know of any exercises, etc. to strengthen it? Meditation comes to mind, any others? Or feel free to expand on specific meditation techniques, etc.

    Yoga
    meditation, even simple ones. I sometimes just "focus on my breath". "I breathe in, I breathe out" and that can get me started. Super basic easy to remember and do.
